On the morning of December 4, Professor Chang Jinxiong, Deputy Dean of Kuangshi College and the School of Economics, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), led a delegation to Xinya College, Tsinghua University. The meeting was attended by Xinya College Deputy Dean Zhang Weite. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the establishment and management of colleges, the college-based talent cultivation mode and other issues.

Starting from SUFE's motto of "striving for virtue and knowledge and benefiting the country", Chang Jinxiong introduced the establishment and development of Kuangshi College. He then focused on sharing the educational philosophy, the "2+2+N" talent cultivation model and the "four-supervisor system" of Kuangshi College.

On behalf of Xinya College, Deputy Dean Zhang Weite extended a sincere welcome to the delegation of Kuangshi College and briefly reviewed the development history of Xinya College. Subsequently, Zhang Weite introduced Xinya College's general education curriculum system, enrollment and major selection, and student counselor team building, and highlighted the 10,000-hour college-based extracurricular training system together with its set of exploratory practices.

The two sides also had an in-depth discussion on issues such as general education curriculum setting, college-based student management, major diversion and employment guidance. Additionally, they conveyed their eagerness to carry out exchanges and cooperation in general education curriculum and practical teaching.

After the meeting, the delegation visited Xinya College's public activity space and took a group photo.
