Scientific and Technological Innovation & Academic Research Association of Xinya College

Founded on October 8, 2017, the Scientific and Technological Innovation & Academic Research Association of Xinya College is composed of academic, comprehensive management and competition departments. The association is mainly responsible for:

1. Integrating into the university’s scientific and technological innovation and academic cultivation system and collaborating with the university in activities including the “Challenge Cup”, SRT, the Spark Program and the Undergraduate Summer Study Abroad Support Program.

2. Encouraging students of Xinya College to acquire multidisciplinary knowledge to highlight the characteristics of Xinya College and organizing college activities such as annual academic conferences, "Qishi Cup" knowledge contests, movie screenings and luncheons.

3. Serving schoolfellows and helping them realize their academic and scientific and technological innovation dreams, interviewing senior schoolfellows, organizing lectures themed on summer research and overseas studying and establishing a suggestion box to make improvements based on feedback.

As a young student association, the Scientific and Technological Innovation & Academic Research Association of Xinya College will continue to grow on its way forward.
