个人简介：陈艳姜 (Yuan-Jung CHENG) 博士，美国傅尔布莱特研究员(Fulbright Exchange Researcher, 2007-2008) ，曾任高雄中山大学外文系副教授，世新大学英语系系主任 (2016-2018)。她同时也任国际Doris Lessing (2007年诺贝尔文学奖作家) Society学会秘书，韩国釜山国立大学PNU Journal of Women's Studies 国际编辑委员。
2018年至2022年受清华大学新雅书院之邀，客座讲授英文课程: 现代小说导读，并获得全校学生评鉴前5% 的优秀课程荣誉。
台湾大学外文系毕业，获得美国华盛顿大学 (University of Washington,西雅图)比较文学硕士、博士学位。专攻英美现代小说、女性主义、疯狂诗学。曾任美国华盛顿大学交换学者及讲师，教授2门高年级比较文学课程。
著有Heralds of the Postmodern: Madness and Fiction in Conrad, Woolf, and Lessing (New York, 1999) 一书。近期作品包含在Doris Lessing Studies (USA & Canada 2008) 中发表的“Parody and Pastiche in The Golden Notebook”以及在Expanding the Frontiers of Comparative Literature: A Return to the Transnational Tradition (Korea 2013) 中发表的 “Madness as Cultural Critique in Modern Fiction, East and West”。
曾获中山大学外文系优良教学教师及优良导师，文学课程也获中山大学优良课程。曾任文学院中山人文学报编辑委员、执行编辑；于2015年至2016年担任中山大学校务委员会委员一职。
